Role Description

This is a full-time Constituent Relations Manager role at GFLCC. As a Constituent Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with the chamber's investors. This includes developing strategies for engagement, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. This is a hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in member or constituent relations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the Greater Fort Lauderdale business community
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
